GNDC is greatly committed to protecting the privacy of all Patients. The privacy of Patient contact and health information is governed strictly by HIPAA regulations. Patient information is used solely for the purpose of serving the Patient.
Appointment Confirmations by SMS Text Messaging:
GNDC will verbally collect opt-in acceptance from all Patients for participation in our program of ‘Appointment Reminder/Confirmations through SMS Text Messaging to the Patient’s personal cell phone.’ The benefits and procedures of this program will be explained to the Patient, but participation is not mandatory to receive services.
To participate, Patients are asked to provide their cell phone number. Please note, the Patient’s own message and data rates may apply in accordance with their specific cell phone plan. Messages are sent only in conjunction with the Patient’s scheduled appointments and not for any other advertising purposes: this program is used solely for the Patient’s convenience in confirming their appointments.
The Patient should call GNDC at any time for additional support of this feature and for any revision to their opt-in/opt-out status (status is not revisable through the website).
The program is also available to Patients who were registered with GNDC prior to the program availability, and the Patient can request inclusion by calling GNDC, or asking during their future visit. Staff might also ask the Patient at their next appointment if they’d like to participate and will explain the program to the Patient.
The Patient’s phone number will NEVER be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, through either voice calls or SMS-text methods, and is used solely by GNDC for the purposes stated above.
Website Forms & Email Links:
The GNDC website does not presently gather visitor information through online forms.
If the visitor clicks an email link and sends an email message to GNDC, GNDC will be privy to their email address. GNDC does not sell visitor email addresses, and will not share the visitor’s email address with third parties for any purpose without the visitor’s explicit permission.

For our visitor’s increased value, we do provide external website links to third-party websites, for which we have neither responsibility or control over their content or individual privacy policies and practices. We have only linked to sites which deemed to provide additional value to the visitor, but please click through at your own discretion.
